Can we get certified in one standard now and add the others later?

Yes. You can certify one standard, say 9001, and add 45001 and 14001 later, or do them together. Adding later means another audit for the new scope; doing them together as one integrated system is usually cheaper and less disruptive than three separate rounds.

Can we transfer our certification to a different certification body later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Certification can move between accredited bodies without starting over, usually at your next surveillance or recertification, as long as the current certificate is valid and in good standing. Check any notice period in your agreement before you switch.

When we hold all three standards, do they get audited separately?

Accepted Answer

No, that is the saving. With an integrated system the body audits all three together in one visit rather than three, which is a large part of why an integrated system costs less to maintain than three separate certifications.

Can we use the certification mark on our website and trucks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within the body's mark rules. You can display it on your site, trucks and tenders, but the certification body sets conditions on how it is used, and it stays valid only while your certificate does. Showing it after a certificate lapses is taken seriously.
